Community North West was founded by Mr. John Moores and Dr. Maureen Williams in May 1997. It is a networking and communication membership forum for community groups and small voluntary organisations in the North West, and currently operating as a Company Limited by Guarantee and a Registered Charity. It has independent funding and is therefore able to work across all sectors.
