The LAP is aimed at young people who are employed to get training in various areas and it will benefit both the company and themselves. This session includes a brief introduction, 20 – 30 minutes of silent meditation, half an hours peace in a busy world, and the opportunity for questions afterwards. A leaflet is also available on how to meditate.

These sessions are for parents and carers to bring their children to play together. We offer planned activities, messy play, arts and crafts and story time. Parents/carers will also have the opportunity to loan one of our fantastic 27 toy sacks in our playing together toy library!
